Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of cloudcareerlab.com (the "site") and your purchase of any digital products from it. By using the site or making a purchase you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Digital, downloadable products: interview-preparation kits, résumé templates, and similar cloud-engineering resources. Some content on the site is offered free of charge (the resources page and any AI for Cloud guides). Paid products require a one-time payment per item.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
• A successful payment grants you a personal, non-transferable, lifetime licence to download and use the purchased product.

Delivery is immediate and electronic. After your payment is verified, you're redirected to a thank-you page with download links, and a copy of the same links is emailed to you. If you ever lose access, you can request fresh links at /download.

• You may use the products for your personal interview preparation, study, and professional work.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files publicly (including uploading to file-sharing groups, mirror sites, or paid memberships you operate).
• You may quote short excerpts with attribution.
• All copyright remains with Cloud Career Lab.

Because these are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final by default. If something genuinely goes wrong — corrupted file, wrong product, duplicate charge — email us within 7 days of purchase at hello@cloudcareerlab.com and we'll make it right (replace the file or issue a refund as appropriate). Refunds for buyer's remorse aren't typically offered.

Our products are educational tools, not job-placement services. We can't and don't guarantee a specific interview outcome, salary, offer, or career result from using them. What you get out of them depends on your effort, context, and the market.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass any access controls on the site.
• Use the site to send spam, malware, or any other harmful content.
• Misrepresent yourself or impersonate another person when subscribing or purchasing.

We may suspend or terminate access for any account or IP we reasonably believe has violated these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the site or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date at the top.
